Medical Innovation Acceleration Act of 2025This bill exempts noninvasive diagnostic devices from the regulatory authority of the Food and Drug Administration.The bill defines noninvasive diagnostic device as one that does not penetrate the skin or any other membrane of the body, is not inserted or implanted into the body, causes no more than ephemeral compression or temperature changes to in situ bodily tissues, and does not subject bodily tissues to ionizing radiation.

Prescription Freedom Act of 2025This bill generally eliminates the authority of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to require that a drug be dispensed only with a prescription. However, the FDA may continue to require a prescription for any drug intended for terminating a pregnancy.

Health Coverage Choice ActThis bill extends the maximum duration of short-term, limited-duration health insurance plans. The bill increases the maximum authorized initial term of such plans to a period that is less than 12 months (with a total duration of no more than 36 months, including renewals).Current regulations limit the initial term to no more than three months and the maximum coverage duration to no more than four months, including renewals or extensions.

Freedom for Farmers Act of 2025This bill abolishes the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry. Currently, this agency, which is part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), investigates and responds to environmental exposures to hazardous substances in communities. The bill requires HHS to transfer authority regarding certain national disease and toxic exposure registries to another appropriate HHS entity.

This resolution expresses support for women nationwide to have access to comprehensive, convenient, compassionate, life-affirming, and high-quality health care.
